My experience with MedCerts was incredible. My lessons were very easy to understand. The tests were challenging but insightful. My advisor Heather Ruggiero was amazing. She went above and beyond helping me throughout my course. I had a lot of medical issues and procedures come up during my course, however she was there to encourage me and cheer me on. I have not only completed my course, I have passed my NHA certification in CMAA. I could not have done it without her assistance. You deserve 10+ stars. Network+. Great program, Mike is an excellent teacher, along with his book it’s everything you need to pass the exam. He also doesn’t drone on and on, he actually has a personality which keeps it from being mundane. Put things into a perspective that anyone can comprehend. I also completed the A+ course with MedCerts and passed both exams first try.
I think my personal downside is that I lead a very busy work life and the program does move fairly quick, but it’s certainly doable. Sometimes I have to make up a little lost time on the weekends. If you have a little more spare time there’s no reason you can’t complete the course and get your certification ahead of schedule.

I recently completed the MedCerts Medical Billing and Coding program, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. It was an intense and rewarding 14 weeks, and with the incredible support of my Senior Advisor, Jaime, and my Career Coach, Aimee, I was able to stay motivated, confident, and well-prepared for my certification exam. Their encouragement and guidance made all the difference — from helping me navigate the coursework to preparing for the test and planning my next career steps. I’m proud to say I passed my exam and am now looking forward to starting a new position in the medical field as a Medical Coder!
